Adel was very thorough about explaining what he was doing as repairs progressed. He installed software to prevent future attacks, and gave detailed instructions and tips to assist with system scans and to better keep things operating smoothly. Adel was friendly and open and was great at communicating in "layman’s" terms. We have already recommended his services to a couple of friends, and would have no hesitation about seeking his services should future need arise.
